How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

All StreamVox subscriptions renew automatically every month — this is standard for modern apps.

If you subscribed through Paddle (in-app)

You received a confirmation email with a subscription management link. Keep that email — it's your key to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

If you lost the email, contact us on Discord and we'll resend the link.

If you subscribed through the Microsoft Store

  1. Open the Microsoft Store app.
  2. Click your profile → Manage subscriptions.
  3. Find StreamVox in Services & Subscriptions.
  4. Click Manage to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

You can also visit https://account.microsoft.comServices & Subscriptions in your browser.

We cannot cancel Microsoft Store subscriptions on your behalf — only you have access to your Microsoft billing.
