How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

Last updated July 8, 2026

All StreamVox subscriptions renew automatically every month — this is standard for modern apps. The easiest way to manage yours is right inside the app.

Manage everything from My Profile

Open My Profile from the Account menu. You'll see your plan, status (whether it renews automatically and the date it's paid through), and how you're billed — all at a glance.

From there you can:

  • Switch plans — upgrade or downgrade at any time.
  • Manage or cancel — tap Manage subscription and StreamVox opens the right place for how you paid (details below).
  • Delete your account — in the Danger zone, permanently remove your account and all data, with a clear confirmation step.

Cancelling or changing your subscription

Tap Manage subscription in My Profile and the app takes you straight to the right place. You can always get there manually too.

Billed through our website (Paddle)

Opens our secure billing portal in your browser, where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices.

If you ever need a hand, contact us on Discord and we'll help.

Billed through the Microsoft Store

Opens your Microsoft account, where you manage the subscription. To do it manually, visit https://account.microsoft.comServices & Subscriptions → find StreamVox → Manage.

We cannot cancel Microsoft Store subscriptions on your behalf — only you have access to your Microsoft billing.

Billed through the App Store (macOS)

Opens your Apple subscription settings. To do it manually, on your Mac open System Settings → click your Apple ID name → Subscriptions → find StreamVox → Cancel Subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's in-app purchase are managed entirely through your Apple ID.

One StreamVox subscription works on both Windows and Mac — the platform you use doesn't depend on which channel you paid through.
