Yes, you can switch between any of the three billing channels — Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, or Paddle — at any time.
The rule is always the same: cancel your current subscription first, then subscribe again through the new channel. That avoids a double charge, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
One StreamVox subscription works on Windows, Mac and iPhone, no matter which channel you pay through. You can run it on one device at a time.
Step 1: Cancel your current subscription
The quickest way is right in the app: open My Profile from the Account menu and tap Manage subscription. StreamVox opens the right place to cancel for how you're billed now.
You can also do it manually.
Paddle (in-app / web)
My Profile → Manage subscription opens our secure billing portal, where you can cancel.

Microsoft Store
Visit account.microsoft.com → Services & Subscriptions and cancel StreamVox. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
We cannot cancel Microsoft Store subscriptions on your behalf — only you have access to your Microsoft billing.
Apple App Store (Mac or iPhone)
StreamVox for Mac and for iPhone are the same universal app, so there is one Apple subscription and you can cancel it from either device.
- On a Mac: System Settings → your Apple ID name → Subscriptions → StreamVox → Cancel Subscription.
- On an iPhone: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → StreamVox → Cancel Subscription.
Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
We cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf — anything bought through Apple is managed entirely through your Apple ID.
Step 2: Subscribe through the new channel
Paddle (in-app / web)
Open StreamVox → click any Upgrade button → check out via Paddle.
Microsoft Store
Open the Microsoft Store app, search for StreamVox, and pick your plan.
Apple App Store (Mac or iPhone)
Open StreamVox on your Mac or iPhone → tap any Upgrade button → complete the purchase, charged to your Apple ID.
