Cancel your Microsoft Store subscription
Visit account.microsoft.com → Services & Subscriptions and cancel StreamVox. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Purchase a new plan inside the StreamVox app
Open StreamVox → click any Upgrade button → checkout via Paddle.
We cannot cancel Microsoft Store subscriptions on your behalf — only you have access to your Microsoft billing.
