- Licenses end on their own when the period is over. To continue, you ask for a new invoice.

- If someone leaves, we move their license to another person at no cost. One license is for one person.

Tell us how many people, which plan, for how many months, and the details for the invoice.
We send the invoice
Our official reseller emails you the invoice, with the bank details for your payment printed on it.
You pay by bank transfer
Our official reseller receives the payment and marks the invoice as paid.
We turn on the licenses
Each person signs in to StreamVox with the email address you gave us, and we attach the license to their account. If someone's account uses a different address, for example through Sign in with Apple, they send it to us and we attach the license there.
Regular prices, per person and month
Each license costs its plan's regular monthly price. The invoice is that price, times the number of people, times the number of months; any tax that applies in your country is shown on the invoice.

Payment and documents
The invoice is issued by our official reseller, which handles the payment and the invoicing for our direct sales.
You pay by bank transfer, to the bank details printed on the invoice.
The invoice can show your purchase order number and a payment due date.
The invoice can be in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling. Prices on this site are in US dollars; for euros or pounds, we confirm the price in that currency before we issue the invoice.
Questions organizations ask
Can a license move to another person?
Yes. If someone leaves or no longer needs StreamVox, send us the new person's email address and we move the license at no cost. One license is for one person.
What happens at the end of the period?
Each license runs for the months you paid for, starting on the day we turn it on, and then ends. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically. To continue, ask us for a new invoice for the next period.
Which devices does a license cover?
Windows, Mac and iPhone. Each person can install StreamVox on all three and use it on one device at a time: close the app or sign out on one, and it works on another right away. Calls and online meetings are translated on Windows and Mac. On iPhone, the system does not pass call audio to apps, so there StreamVox works with videos, streams, podcasts and conversations in person through the microphone.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One person for one month is enough. If StreamVox is new to your organization, we suggest starting with one month and extending once you know it fits.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, for your first invoice: if you ask within 14 days of the day your payment is received, we refund it in full. After that the money-back guarantee ends, but you can still move a license to another person at no cost.
What data do you receive about our people?
From you, we receive only each person's email address, which we use to attach the license to them. Once a person uses StreamVox, we handle their data as we do for anyone else, as our Privacy Policy describes. Audio is processed in real time and never stored.
