StreamVox processes audio data in real-time to provide translation services. This audio data is processed transiently and is NOT stored on our servers.

2. Payment Information

We do not compromise your payment information. All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, or the Microsoft Store.

3. Third-Party Payments (Paddle)

StreamVox uses Paddle (https://paddle.com) as an alternative payment provider alongside Microsoft Store IAP. When using Paddle payments, Paddle collects your email, billing address, and payment method details. Paddle processes payments as the Merchant of Record and follows their own Privacy Policy (https://paddle.com/legal/privacy). No payment data is stored by StreamVox. You can choose Microsoft Store billing instead, in which case no data is shared with Paddle.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver accurate real-time results, short audio segments are processed by trusted third-party AI providers that specialize in speech recognition and translation. These providers act strictly as data processors under data-processing agreements: they may use the audio only to perform the requested translation and do not retain it. We never sell your data or share it for advertising. A current list of our sub-processors is available on request at founder@streamvox.pro.
