Certificate fix & more natural sentence breaks

• CorrigidoFixed a connection issue that could prevent some users from reaching speech recognition at all, caused by a single corrupted security certificate in the Windows certificate store.
• CorrigidoSubtitle and translation text is now split more naturally at sentence boundaries — a single sentence no longer occasionally arrives as two separate, disconnected pieces.

A reliability-focused release — several ways speech could silently go missing are now closed.

• MelhoradoSpeech recognition is more resilient to connection trouble — if part of the recognition service becomes unreachable, StreamVox automatically tries a backup connection instead of ending the session.
