For meetings, you can isolate audio from the meeting app only — so other apps playing music or notifications don't interfere with translation.
Can both sides read in their own language?
Yes — each participant installs StreamVox on their own computer with their own language pair. Your copy translates what you hear; theirs translates what they hear. It scales to any number of participants, and nobody has to switch languages. Keep in mind your overlay is visible only on your own screen — the other side can't see it.
