Per-app audio capture (Windows 11 and Mac)
For meetings, you can isolate audio from the meeting app only — so other apps playing music or notifications don't interfere with translation.
On the iPhone itself, StreamVox cannot capture meeting audio. iOS does not hand the audio of calls inside messaging and conferencing apps to other third-party apps, so StreamVox subtitles Zoom, Teams and Discord calls on a computer, yours or each participant's.
Can both sides read in their own language?
Yes — each participant installs StreamVox on their own computer with their own language pair. Your copy translates what you hear; theirs translates what they hear.
It scales to any number of participants, and nobody has to switch languages.
Keep in mind your overlay is visible only on your own screen — the other side can't see it.
